DO I NEED A TIKTOK ACCOUNT

No! We will upload your video to our TikTok account. So, no TikTok account required!

However, TikTok has a very convenient video editor – so if you want to use it to make your video, go ahead! Just be sure to download it without the watermark and submit it.

How does it work?

You create TikToks of your cats with their Cat Amazing toys and send them to us. We’ll post them on our TikTok account! The top three most viral videos each month will receive cash prizes of $500, $300 and $200 respectively.

What creative freedom do I have?

All the freedom in the world – you are welcome to script/sound/record/edit & caption the video however you like! The video should include a Cat Amazing product.

Can I (the human) appear in the video?

Absolutely! But it’s not required.

How do I send the video to you?

Once you make your video in the TikTok app, download it, and upload it on a simple upload page we’ll provide.

Can I submit multiple videos every month?

You can! We’ll try to post as many as we reasonably can.

Who will own the copyright of the videos?

Don’t worry, your video is still yours! You retain the copyright and all other rights to it. When you submit it, you’re allowing us to post it on our TikTok and other channels under a commercial license. All the details can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

Can I post the video on my account also?

No. This is to protect both of our TikTok accounts. TikTok penalizes accounts that post duplicate videos (even with permission and attribution) with shadow banning and other penalties. Duplicate videos also get severely limited in reach, so you would be undermining your submission! No. This is to protect both of our TikTok accounts. Not only will this keep all our accounts safe, it will also boost your video to your own audience increasing your chances of winning.

Can I create other videos with Cat Amazing products?

You are welcome to create other videos with Cat Amazing products and post them on your account though. They just can’t be the same videos as the ones you send to use for the contest – those must be unique.

When will the video be posted?

We’ll do our best to review each submission and post it as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours). In case videos aren't posted within the same month, they will be entered into the following month’s contest.

Who can participate?

US residents over the age of 18, who are NOT residing in the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

How will the winner be determined?

On the 15th of every month, we will see which videos from the prior month have the highest view counts – those videos win the prizes!

What are the prizes?

Currently, there are $1000 in prizes for the top 3 videos. The top video gets $500, the second $300 the third $200. The prize is $1000 to the most-viewed video every month! More prizes and perks will be announced soon :) This is subject to change and could change month over month. Please review this section each time you submit a video to participate in the contest.
